If your teacher and child's aides are open to ideas on how best to support your child, and let's face it, they absolutely should be, this mind map provides a really useful list of strategies to keep in mind. Although it was designed with PDA (Pathalogical Demand Avoidance - see previous post) in mind, it does apply to all children on the spectrum.
