Anyone who knows this blog will understand the validation I get from the article linked to below. It's probably the best explanation for why I feel the way I do about alternative therapies. I really don't take pleasure from angering people who think these therapies can be credited with improvements in their or others health. Really I don't (hi Madmother, hope I haven't lost you) But it clearly shows why, based on research, there are so many good reasons to be highly suspicious of any claims made about their efficacy.
